Free Fire Safety CurriculumA reader – a fellow homeschooling parent – sent an email, recommending this free fire safety curriculum to us. The curriculum covers fire safety at home, and was created by the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office.

The fire safety curriculum was created for grades 1-8, with a separate curriculum for high schoolers.

For each grade through 8th, there is a separate fire safety curriculum guide, containing:

  • lesson plans
  • teacher materials including an answer key
  • student worksheets

The curriculum guides are about 40 pages each.

There are also two curriculum guides for high schoolers: one in health and one in economics.

Freely Educate is written for those, like our family, who don't want the box. There are many places for "box-thinkers" to go. This place is for those who think outside the box. I hope to give you affirmation and advice on bravely choosing to educate creatively and individually. - Lori Seaborg
