free online learning games for k-5th

ABCya.com was created by a teacher in answer to his quest for high quality online learning games.  ABCya.com is an ad-supported site (but has a subscription option for removing any unwanted ads).

All of the educational games are free to play on PCs and modeled after lesson plans for each grade, from Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Their mobile device games are not free and a subscription is needed there, but I understand there are six free mobile games each week.

Visit ABCya.com to look through their free learning games for elementary kids, sorted by grade.

Want other free learning games for kids? Look at this page I created just for kids: free online activities and games. I think you’ll find a new favorite there!

Thanks! This looks great and I checked, the games will run with our kinda slow internet connection. 🙂 My middle schooler needs a more fun typing program and he could use some work on spelling, etc.
    🙂

Cool! Thanks so much for sharing that! We normally play games at another free game site, LearningGamesforKids. The site you listed looks like it would be a welcome addition to our rotation. 🙂
    Thanks again!

These type of games are just perfect for children. Online learning games can improve child mental level and their grades!

Love Love LOVE abcya!!!! Moms and Dads have also been known to play some of the problem solving puzzles after the kiddos are in bed, but I won’t mention any names to protect my identity:)
