A Edheads, middle schoolers and high schoolers may perform virtual surgeries for trauma and hip replacement. Edheads is kind enough to offer the virtual surgery in cartoonish-graphics (see photo above) so that anyone can view the operations, but there is a separate link in each section to view real surgery photos.
