I know a lot of you are fans of the very popular historical novels written by G.A. Henty, and although you may purchase them in book form from publishers, I thought I’d find freebies for them.  They are often read by preteen or teenaged boys along with a history curriculum (or instead of it, perhaps, paired with some copywork and written reports).

How to Get these Freebies:

Here are over 100 free Henty e-books:

How can I get these on my Kindle Fire? This is just the thing I’ve been looking for to supplement our history studies, but don’t want to read it with my laptop on my lap. Let me know if you can figure it out. I don’t think I can load Google Play on my device, but don’t know this for 100% sure.
