Giveaway! DaGeDar Ball Set & Spinner or Carrying Case (CLOSED)

giveaways· sponsors

15 Aug

Our 11yo son was excited recently when a package arrived containing the latest new toy craze – DaGeDar™ –  from Cepia LLC, the makers of Zhu Zhu Pets.   Guess what?  One of you will get a set of DaGeDar™ balls and a spinner or carrying case in the mail, too!  The details on how to enter the giveaway are below.  But first, what’s DaGeDar™ (pronounced DAH-geh-DAAR)?

DaGeDar balls are like a modern version of marbles.  As a typical homeschooling mom who is always looking for the education in fun, I like to think of it as another way to teach Physics! DaGeDar™ supercharged battle balls encourage strategy and skill in a collectible racing game that lets kids set the rules. Exciting tricks and stunts may be performed by using one or more balls on the floor or on purchased tracks.  Here is our son with one of the DaGeDar™ tracks:

Naturally, his cat, Packer, joined in the fun, too.

Since there are over 240 different ball designs planned for release this year, not only are the balls as fun as our old marbles games, but they are also worth trading like we did with marbles!

How to Learn More:  Visit DaGeDar’s official site to read more and/or watch a video of the DaGeDar balls in action.

We’re Giving a Set Away to One of YOU!

We’ll send the lucky winner a DaGeDar basic ball set and a spinner or carrying case to enjoy with their family.

How to Enter the Giveaway:   I feel like making this one easy:  just write a comment below to enter.

Entries are open to the U.S.  Random.org will select the winner.  The winning entry will be verified.  Entry deadline:  Wednesday, August 17th, 2011 at noon CST.

UPDATED 8.17.2011:  The Winner is…..

Whoa that looks cool! I’m constantly on the lookout for quiet toys. Are they quiet? I’m loving this site. Thank you *SO* much. Today was my first day of home schooling and state law require 5 hours/day. My kids burned through my lesson plan in like 2 hours. We used the link you had on Salsa spanish and the Peanuts unit study to round out our day. Thank you thank you!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Disclosure:  No monetary compensation was exchanged, but our son did receive a free DaGeDar set in the mail as mentioned above.  Thank you, Cepia LLC and MomSelect, for making our kid’s day!
