Nestlé and the National Education Association Health Information Network have teamed up to create a progam called Healthy Steps for Healthy Lives.  The program is for children in grades K-3rd and has three parts to encourage children to be healthy:  THINK, EAT, MOVE.  Online resources include printable lesson plans, activity cards, food cards, and a handout of the USDA MyPyramid.  Snail mail resources include a bound booklet of the lesson plans, activity cards, food cards, and a poster of the USDA MyPyramid.  All of the resources are 100% free to all schools and homeschoolers in the U.S.

Hi, Susan!  You'll have to scroll WAY down to the bottom of the page (but above the little Nestle icons), where you'll see a purple Share Feedback button.  If you aren't seeing it, wait a bit, in case the photo (of the purple button) has not yet loaded.

I too was having trouble with the page loading yesterday. I tried again this morning and the page loaded instantly with no problems. I sent the email to receive the materials in the mail. I think that the site was just having trouble yesterday. Too much traffic? 🙂 Anyway, those having trouble should try again.

I would like to order the Healthy Steps for Healthy Lives materials mentioned on FreelyEducate.com. Please ship the materials to my address below. My fellow teachers and I are doing a health project with our classes that serve severe/profound/medically fragile children.
If possible, four sets copies would be wonderful. Thank you.

I am starting a health and wellness project with my Girl Scouts and would like to receive the free health materials. The pages will not load. Snail Mail works for me. I have a few questions I would like to ask you first. Is it possible to get your email?
