Nestlé and the National Education Association Health Information Network have teamed up to create a progam called Healthy Steps for Healthy Lives. The program is for children in grades K-3rd and has three parts to encourage children to be healthy: THINK, EAT, MOVE. Online resources include printable lesson plans, activity cards, food cards, and a handout of the USDA MyPyramid.
Snail mail resources include a bound booklet of the lesson plans, activity cards, food cards, and a poster of the USDA MyPyramid. All of the resources are 100% free to all schools and homeschoolers in the U.S.
