BBC Skillswise “aims to help adults improve their reading, writing and maths skills” with free factsheets, worksheets, quizzes, and games.  It’s not just for adults.  It’s also great for elementary, middle school, and high school students!

Bbcskillswise

I browsed around Skillswise this morning for quite some time and found it full of worksheets, games, lessons, and more in the subjects of English (grammar, spelling, reading, vocab) and Math.

How to Get This Freebie:

BBC Skillswise, the home page

Here are the lesson plans.

Go here for the math pages

And here for language arts (English)

For: I’d say it’s great for Grades 3-12. Skillswise was designed for adults, but is useful for all grades, really.

Thank you, Michelle, for sharing this high quality, 100% free educational find with us!

I have not yet unzipped the file, but I downloaded the no-charge CD version made available at the website. Shall “play” with it later. Thank you for this link !
