Free National Geographic Curriculum

National Geographic’s Xpeditions site is full of geography, history, and science materials for the educator.  Through activities, lesson plans, maps, and a virtual museum, you don’t have to pay a penny in order to teach geography and natural science this year!

As you’d expect from National Geographic, the Xpeditions site is so beautiful that it is worth a peek for its photography and maps, if not for its lesson plans.

Freely Educate is written for those, like our family, who don't want the box. There are many places for "box-thinkers" to go. This place is for those who think outside the box. I hope to give you affirmation and advice on bravely choosing to educate creatively and individually. - Lori Seaborg
