GIVEAWAY! $150 of Fashionable School Supplies

giveaways

27 Mar

Is it even possible to educate in style?  Oh, yes, it sure is! Carolina Pad, the company that creates fashionable (and super cool) office products like the ones I gave away on my other blog a couple of week's ago, also creates products that are great for both the educator and the student.  Best of all, Carolina Pad wants to bless a reader of Freely Educate with a BIG package of $150 worth of their fashionable school supply products.

One winner will be shipped an assortment of products from Carolina Pad (value $150!).  The items will be selected from the U: Create Arts & Crafts Supplies line as well as from their other product lines.  Here are a few photos of the products that might be included in the package:

Capture of FE Carolina Pad Giveaway

Carolina Pad wrote:  "For” FreelyEducate.com” we would love to offer a
package of school supplies (1 subject notebooks, portfolio folders, comp books,
binders etc), as well as some of our U:Create Arts & Crafts supplies.
We will create a mix of products and collections that is worth $150.

Want a package of these fashionable school supplies in the mail?  Note: This time you can't just say you want one, but I promise it's still easy and quick to enter, AND! you may enter up to 4 times! .  Here's how:

One
Way to Enter:

Join the Carolina Pad Consumer Insights Panel .

Then, come back here and let me know in
a comment that you did that.

A Second Way to
Enter:

Take the Carolina Pad monthly survey.  This month is national Arts
& Crafts month, so the survey is on arts & crafts projects.  It takes
about 5 minutes to complete, and guess what?  Filling out the survey enters you
into a drawing for another giveaway from Carolina Pad!

Then, come back here and let me
know in a comment that you did that.

A Third Way to
Enter:

Become a fan of the Carolina Pad Facebook Fan page (under "View Updates" in the
right corner of the page, click on "Become a Fan.")

Then, come back here and let me know in
a comment that you did that.

Note: If you already did one of the above for the giveaway at my other blog, Just Pure Lovely, just let me know in the comments that you've already done it.  It'll still count as an entry.

A Fourth Way to
Enter:

Blog, Tweet, or Facebook about this giveaway or email about it to at least 5
friends (send it to me, too, at loriseaborg@gmail.com).

Then, come back here and let me know you
did one of those.  Leave a link or email the link to me if you'd rather keep the link
private.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's four (4) ways to enter this
drawing. You may choose any of the above entry methods, or two or three of your
choice, or do all four!
  But.  Are you reading closely?  You
need to
enter each
time separately, with separate comments
, because that helps me when I
count up entries.
I'll have Random.org choose the winner.
Be honest!  The winning entry will be verified.
More Rules, sigh:
  • Click on "Comments" below to leave your comment and other entries (separately, remember)
  • The form will ask for your email address but only I will see it.  Promise.  And I never, ever spam
  • One winner will be selected randomly from the entries (comments) through Random.org's random number generator
  • US entries only (head ducking; I'm sorry!)
  • Deadline:  Tuesday, March 31st at midnight CST
Comment away!
PS – Thank you, Carolina Pad, for sponsoring this giveaway.  You
can find their products at many stores, listed
here.
Updated 4/2/2009:  This giveaway is now closed.  I'll announce the winner's name as soon as I receive a reply back from him/her.
  15. Trudy says
    March 28, 2009 at 8:07 AM
    I took the survey. I’ve noticed that several people came over and commented twice, I assume to increase their odds of winning. Is that really fair? Is the point to enter as many times as possible or since this is a free site and it is a giveaway, shouldn’t the chance of winning be equal for everyone?
  16. Lori Seaborg says
    March 28, 2009 at 8:15 AM
    Hi, Trudy! Thank you for asking about the extra entries. There are 4 ways
    to enter, so you may enter up to 4 times. I monitor the comments (entries)
    and the winning entry will be verified as to honesty (eg. was the survey
    really completed?) and as to whether or not that person commented more than
    4 times. If that entry isn’t valid, I have Random.org choose another
    winner.
    Trudy, there are four ways to enter. Each time you do one of them you get another opportunity to enter. The ways to enter are: 1) sign up for the insights panel; 2) Take the survey; 3) Become a fan of the Carolina Pad Facebook Fan page; and 4) blog, tweet, or facebook about this giveaway.
    Each one of those that you do you one these you get another entry, up to four entries. I just did #1 and made my entry #1. Now I’m off to do more so I can get more entries. Thanks, Lori and Carolina Pads , for this freebie drawaing!
  21. glenna b says
    March 28, 2009 at 9:07 AM
    Lori, Can you sign up for all those things with Carolina Pad if you already did it the last time? I was hunting around on their site the last time and accidentally went to the survey again and it told me I had already taken the survey and wouldn’t put me through to it again. By the way, are you aware that there is a big empty box with an x in the corner where your picture of the products should be? At the very least I an going to mention you on my Facebook and Twitter. (How did you come through the storm last night?)
  22. Lori Seaborg says
    March 28, 2009 at 9:29 AM
    Glenna, Yes, you just need to say you already did it. Say, “Completed
    survey,” or whatever, even if you did it for Just Pure Lovely and not here.
    No need to do them twice!
    The photos are showing up for me. Anyone else?
    Go to Just Pure Lovely http://justpurelovely.typepad.com/justpurelovely/ to
    see how we fared through last night’s storm. Argh (not great). ~ Lori
