GIVEAWAY from SpellQuizzer. 10 Winners! (closed)

giveaways

22 Jan

Are you tired of repeatedly going over the same spelling words with your students or your child?  If you'd like a break from that  important but often tedious task, you might want to try SpellQuizzer, the "spelling software for mastering spelling words fast!"

SpellQuizzer is unique from other spelling programs for which I've done reviews or hosted giveaways.  With this program, you get to choose the words that need to be studied.  This feature is especially great for teachers and for parents.

You simply open the program, select "Create a New List" and record the spelling words into the program.  For example, when I created a list, I spoke, "audience" into my computer microphone, then added, "When mama plays the Wii Fit she does not like to have an audience."

Here is a description from the SpellQuizzer site:

Are you a homeschooler or a tutor who doesn't need specific words in the list, but just needs a list of words at a certain level? There are downloadable lists on SpellQuizzer, ready.  Dan, the creator of Spell Quizzer wrote and said, "I am in the process of adding more downloadable lists to the web site.  If there are any list themes you think homeschoolers would like to see please let me know.  For that matter, your readers can make suggestions. "

I  like this program. TEN OF YOU will get to decide if you like it, too!

We have ten licenses to the SpellQuizzer software to give away! Value:  $29.95 each.  The license allows you to download Spell Quizzer onto your computer (safe; I did it).   Although only one computer may download the software, multiple users may use the program.

The description reminds me a bit of the old versions of Calvert’s spelling CDs. My older children used them and liked them. “Hello Speller. Welcome to the Lab.” still surfaces as a jest.
I would then, like to see this program to try it with my daughter !

It looks like a great program for my son who loves spelling, yet it looks like one that will interest the younger son who spells in German. My mother-in-law is German and she says that he spells it just like we pronounce it. His phonics are down pat and he can read at a 5th grade level. He just needs more help with spelling.
